Francois Conradie is Manager Advisor at Experton Group – Service Management.
During the course of his career he has studied extensively IT Service and Management Best Practices across the globe, its implementation as well as ongoing management with a strong focus on the integration and optimisation of People, Process, Technology and Organisational aspects of an organisation in order to establish World-Class IT organisations that is aligned with Best Practices and operating at affordable / reduced costs in the long term.
He maintains a strong focus in assisting ICT organisations to transform themselves from purely technology-based operations to service-oriented organisations in an effort to more adequately integrate with business goals by delivering measurable IT service offerings and solutions. Placing emphasis on technology to achieve the transformation, although important, is only partially successful, because the remaining enablers (Processes, People, and Organisation) are often given limited attention.
He has had exposure to Governmental, Parastatal, Mining, Retail, Security, Petrochemical, Tourism, Hospitality, Financial Services and Telecommunications Industries. Most of his engagements in these industries have been at executive and senior executive level.
Before joining Experton he has held various executive management positions at various large IT Companies.
